Privacy Policy

Kickoff (“we”, “our”) provides tooling that converts Salesforce data exports into client-ready presentations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to you.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, and authentication credentials.
• Workspace data: reports, company records, mapping templates, comments, and uploaded logos that you create.
• Operational data: sign-in timestamps and basic usage telemetry needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your data only to operate the service: authenticating you, storing the reports you create, and generating exports on your behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not use customer content to train AI models.

Sub-processors

We rely on Supabase (database, authentication, storage) and the Lovable AI Gateway (when you opt in to AI-assisted descriptions). Data processed by these providers is handled under their respective security and privacy commitments.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, delete individual reports, and permanently delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your reports, companies, comments, and mapping templates.
