By creating an account or using Kickoff, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you are not permitted to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or circumvent access controls.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful or infringing content.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you.

Service availability

We aim to keep Kickoff available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kickoff and Lean Engineering will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
